VENATION LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026These terms govern your use of Venation’s websites and applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Age eligibility
Venation is a general-audience productivity service and is not intended for children under 14. You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. We may close an account if we reasonably determine that it belongs to a child under 14 and verified parental consent has not been provided.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us through Support if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of notes, files, and other content you submit. You give Venation only the permissions needed to store, process, synchronize, back up, share, publish, and display that content according to the features you choose.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Venation to violate law or another person’s rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or abuse sharing and communication features.
5. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans may have different limits. Paid web subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable cancellation or refund conditions are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the subscription management link in your receipt or account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Service changes and termination
Features may change as Venation develops. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.
7. Availability
We work to keep Venation reliable and protect stored data, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintain independent exports or backups for content that is critical to you.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Questions about these terms can be submitted through Venation Support.
