Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

This policy applies to paid Venation subscriptions purchased on the Venation website and processed by Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for these purchases. Store purchases, if offered in the future, are governed by the applicable app store’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules.

1. Automatic renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. The price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before checkout and in your Paddle receipt.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time. Use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or open Venation account settings and choose the billing-management option when available. You may also use Paddle Buyer Support.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid-plan access until then and will not be charged for the next period. Cancelling does not automatically refund charges already paid.

3. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refund eligibility is determined by Paddle’s current refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Paddle may consider refund requests within 14 days of a transaction or subscription renewal and may approve refunds where required by law, where the service is materially defective or unavailable, or at its discretion.

Where immediate access to digital services affects a statutory withdrawal right, the disclosures and consent shown at checkout will apply. Country-specific rules may provide additional rights.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Open the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction email; or
  2. Visit paddle.net and choose the refund or order-support option; or
  3. Contact Venation Support with the purchase email, transaction number, and reason. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and bank.

5. Access after cancellation or refund

After a paid period ends, your account may move to the free Seed plan and paid features or limits will no longer apply. If your stored content exceeds free-plan limits, we may restrict new uploads or edits while allowing a reasonable opportunity to export content or choose another plan. An approved refund may end paid access immediately.

6. Plan changes and duplicate charges

Any proration, credit, or effective date for a plan change is shown before confirmation. If you believe you were charged more than once or without authorization, contact Paddle Buyer Support or Venation Support promptly so the transaction can be investigated.

7. Contact and governing terms

Purchases are also subject to the checkout disclosures, Paddle Buyer Terms, and Paddle Refund Policy. For product or technical support, contact services@zelumos.com.
